*** NOTE:  All photographs may be altered to fit the size, theme and layout of your Memory Book pages as determined by your virtual artist.  These photographs will only be returned in your completed memory book, so please only send copies of photographs or photographs that you do not wish to have back.

*** NOTE:  A $50.00 deposit is required for each memory book prior to your virtual artist beginning any work.

*** Note:  Unless otherwise indicated above, the default Memory Book package is as follows:

    12" X 12," 15 pages, Blue - No picture window on the cover

Please select the layout you would like to have for each page.  If you have only selected a 15 page Memory Book, please leave fields 16 - 20 blank.

*** Note: If a layout has not been selected for a page, the virtual artist will determine the best layout based on the selections you have made for each of your Memory Book pages.

Please type in the theme you wish to have for each page of your Memory Book.  If you do not wish to indicate a specific theme, please leave the field blank.  If you have only selected a 15 page Memory Book, please also leave fields 16 - 20 blank.

Please type the title of your Memory Book in the field provided below.  This title will appear on the cover of your memory book.  If you do not wish to have a title, please leave this field blank and your Memory Book will not have a title.

If you have selected a 15 page Memory Book, please send in a minimum of 30 photos, maximum of 40 photos.  If you have selected a 20 page memory book, please send in a minimum of 40 photos, maximum of 50 photos.
